This policy explains what information Agnes Essentials ("we", "us") collects on agnesessentials.shop, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it simple and collect as little as we can.
Information you give us
Email signups. When you request a free download or join our email list, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, and which download you asked for. We use this to send you the download and occasional emails about new Top 10 lists and essentials. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Contact messages. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site and our email list. They process information only to provide their services to us:
- Web hosting: Hostinger hosts this site. Like most web servers, it keeps standard logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.
- Email marketing: our email list is managed by Klaviyo, which stores your signup details and handles unsubscribes. Signups may also be stored securely on our hosting account.
Affiliate links and cookies
Agnes Essentials is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click a link to Amazon, Amazon may place cookies on your browser to track the referral so we can earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Those cookies are set and controlled by Amazon and are covered by Amazon's own privacy notice. We do not receive your personal information or purchase details from Amazon, only aggregated reports of qualifying sales.
Our own site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Your browser may store small preferences, such as remembering a menu setting.
Links to other sites
We link to Amazon, manufacturer websites, our Shopify store and social channels. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@agnesessentials.shop. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
